We ship anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Orders are fulfilled from Turn 14 Distribution's nationwide warehouses, so most in-stock parts leave the dock same or next business day.

Shipping is quoted live at checkout for your exact address — no flat-rate guessing. Oversize parts (exhausts, turbo kits, wheels) may ship LTL freight; we'll reach out to schedule delivery if a liftgate or appointment is needed.

We can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally right now. If you're outside the lower 48, call the shop and we'll figure something out.

The moment your order ships you'll get an email (and a text, if you opted in) with tracking. Your order status page updates live from the carrier all the way to your doorstep.

Orders with parts in multiple warehouses may arrive in multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number. You'll see every box on your status page.

Need to cancel? Call us as fast as you can. Orders route to the warehouse within minutes of payment, so we have a very short window — usually under 30 minutes — to catch one before it's picked.

If we can't catch it in time, we'll treat it as a return once it arrives (see below), and we'll make it painless.

Unopened, uninstalled parts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Reach out first — we'll issue return instructions and the correct address. Don't ship anything back without talking to us.

Special-order and manufacturer-dropship items may carry a restocking fee from the manufacturer; we'll tell you the exact number before you commit to anything.

Refunds go back to the original card once the warehouse checks the part in — typically 3–5 business days after delivery. Defective or wrong-item shipments are 100% on us: replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Some competition-only parts aren't CARB approved and can't be sold or shipped to California addresses. Checkout blocks these automatically for CA orders.

Texas orders are charged 8.25% state and local sales tax on parts and shipping. Other states are currently untaxed at checkout.
